Whether you have all of the details planned or have no idea where to start – this Standard Coordination Service will help ensure that you feel supported through the process. The last thing you want is to be concerned with how all of the pieces are fitting together on your special day! I will meet with you to discuss your vendors, your vision and help develop your wedding timeline. Together we will build a plan to create a seamless and memorable event for you and your guests. .

•  Planning meeting (1-2 hours) to discuss your vision for the day and gather/review your vendor contacts (recommended 4 weeks minimum before wedding date)
• Planning documents provided to assist with sequence of events (timeline) and ensuring that all important information is provided in a timely manner 
• Calling all vendors to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery 
• Creating a detailed time-line for the wedding day: getting ready process, ceremony, reception
• Conducting/organizing wedding rehearsal
• Offering advice on etiquette and protocol 

• Present full wedding day (8-10 hours, beginning 2 hours before ceremony) 
• Full Day coordination of your wedding timeline into a seamless event: vendor management, attend to guests needs & inquiries, facilitate solutions to unexpected challenging situations that may arise, etc. 
• Set up provided and pre-assembled wedding décor (gift table, escort cards, guest book, favors, etc.) 
• Vendor and venue main point of contact

Pricing reflects one coordinator at one venue. Additional coordinator needed for weddings with more than 150 guests at $150.

DOES NOT INCLUDE: Decoration assembly or purchase

 This package is great for someone that could use an extra pair of hands during the wedding planning process. This service would include all of the standard coordination services but also including assistance with décor purchases, assembly or creation (card box, décor, escort cards, and more).
